Instructions
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. After that add paneer, oil and hung curd to the mixture.and mix well.
  2. Make the dough by kneading by adding water gradually.
  3. After kneading, divide the dough in 8 small equal parts and roll into balls.
  4. Make an idli like shape from the balls.
  5. Grease a parchment paper and place the idlis on it. Place a water bath below the dish if steaming in a microwave or use an idli maker to steam.
  6. Steam for 3 minutes and check with a toothpick if idlis are done (cooked from the inside).
  7. Take out the cooked idlis, add some garnish like fresh-cut coriander or curry leaves.
  8. Keto friendly idlis are ready! Served hot, on a plate with your favorite sauce or coconut chutney.
