Instructions
  1. Grate the bottle gourd and squeeze out water and liquid.
  2. Heat the pan and add ghee. Keep it on low flame.
  3. Add squeezed bottle gourd to the pan. Saute for 2-3 minutes until it becomes a little dry.
  4. Add cream and saute for at least 5-7 minutes until the cream starts getting absorbed by the bottle gourd.
  5. Then add sweetener and cardamom powder to it. Saute for a few seconds until it mixes up properly.
  6. Lauki halwa is ready! Garnish with almonds and rose petals and serve hot in a bowl.
