Keto Palak Methi Chilla
This tempting Keto palak methi chilla can be prepared with almond flour or any other keto flour. Have it plain with coconut or mint chutney or stuff it with paneer and veggies. It is easy to prepare and tastes amazing!
Mix all the ingredients except ghee in a bowl and blend it well until it is uniformly mixed.
Make a fine and consistent batter to prepare a perfect chilla. Let the batter rest for at least 10-15 minutes. Add lukewarm water if the batter is thick.
Heat ghee in a pan. Now spill the batter and spread evenly.
Put some extra ghee if required and allow the spread to cook on medium-low heat until the Chilla turns crisp and brown from both sides.
Crispy Keto palak methi chilla is ready! Fold it over and serve hot with some chat masala on top, hung curd or mint chutney and enjoy the keto treat.
