Marinate paneer with salt, pepper, half the red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon chopped curry leaves, ¼ teaspoon ginger garlic paste and vinegar.
Now prepare a slurry (liquid mixture) by combining almond (keto) floor and water. Dip and coat paneer pieces with it and then deep fry them. Now keep them aside.
