In a bowl, add salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander, and cumin powder, and half of the melted butter/ghee together and mix all the ingredients.
Now chop the paneer into bite-size pieces and mix with the paste.
Take a pan and heat the remaining butter/ghee in it.
