Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease a cross sectioned baking pan, and set aside.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, add butter and microwave for about 1- - 1 ½ minutes. Now add cocoa powder and stir until fully mixed.
  3. Now add erythritol or stevia sweetener and continue to stir until fully mixed. Set it aside.
  4. In a large bowl, add almond milk and vinegar. Let it sit for a minute and when curdling starts, start whisking and whisk it well.
  5. Now add cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and almond flour in the milk mixture. Also add vanilla essence to it and mix it until fully incorporated. Now add walnuts and stir further until the flour is completely incorporated and walnuts are evenly distributed in it.
  6. Now spoon the batter into the greased baking pan and it bake for 20-25 minutes. Be careful not to over bake.
  7. Delicious keto walnut brownie is ready! Enjoy it with fruits or roasted nuts on the side.
