Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425F/220C.
Take a medium iron skillet & melt the butter on medium heat. Add onions and stir for about 4-5 minutes until they soften.
Now, add Zucchini into the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes, until tender. Season it with black pepper and salt.
In a small bowl, whisk eggs, nutmeg and cream and pour it over the Zucchini mixture. Sprinkle the mixture with Gouda cheese.
Now, place the iron skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
