Moong Dal Paneer Toast Recipe
If you are planning to cook a healthy and tasty breakfast but can’t think of any dish, then this moong dal paneer toast will be a special and tempting surprise. It is very easy to prepare and you will surely love it.
Instructions
Firstly, wash and soak moong dal overnight for about 8-10 hours. Then drain the water.
Blend the ginger and dal to make a thick paste.
Now take it out in a mixing bowl and add onion, paneer, green chilli, coriander leaves and little salt. Mix everything well.
Take one piece of bread, apply ketchup and the paneer mixture on it. Also sprinkle some sesame seeds over the mixture.
Now heat a pan over medium heat and add 1/2 tsp oil to it.
Put the bread mixture side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until it turns brown.
After 3 minutes, apply some butter on bread and flip it over.
Gently press and cook the bread till it becomes golden brown and crispy from both sides.
Paneer moong dal toast is ready! Serve it hot.
