Roti Pizza Recipe
Here's another delicious and guilt-free Pizza recipe. This Roti Pizza is made with whole wheat flour with the goodness of health and the crisp that you will love.
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 180C for 15 minutes.
Chop tomatoes, onion and capsicum and add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, and chaat masala to it.
Make regular rotis (do not apply ghee on them).
Now apply cheese spread properly on the rotis and apply homemade pizza sauce or tomato ketchup.
Divide the roti into 8 portions. You can add vegetables according to your taste.
Spread mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 8-9 minutes.
When rotis become crisp and cheese melts, take it off the oven.
Roti pizza is ready! Serve hot.
