Soyabean Curry Recipe
A rich and creamy soybeans curry with minimal spices is a popular gravy dish. It is full of the goodness of soyabeans.
Instructions
Rinse and soak the soybean overnight for upto 10-12 hours.
In a pressure cooker, melt the butter and add cumin seeds. Stir it for 10-15 seconds.
Then add the chopped onion and garlic and saute till the onions turn soft.
Now add the chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, curry powder and salt and mix well.
Now drain the water from the soybeans and rinse it again.
Add the soybeans in the cooker with 2.5 cups water and cilantro. Mix it thoroughly.
Close the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes at high heat.
Now open the cooker and add cream. Bring it to a boil and turn off the flame.
Soybean Curry is ready! Enjoy it with rice or chapati.
