- 1 loaf coconut flour bread
- 1 tbsp Grass Fed Butter or ghee
- 1/3 cup coconut yogurt
- Granulated sugar-free sweetener to taste
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- Get your coconut flour bread and slice it into 3 pieces. Then slice these three pieces in half lengthwise to create a total of 6 pieces of bread.
- Put butter or ghee in a frypan on medium heat and swirl it to coat the pan.
- When the pan has heated, add 2 pieces of bread and cook on each side until golden brown and toasted.
- While bread toasts, create yogurt topping.(Find in notes section below).
- Assemble Keto French toast by dividing finished breads between two plates and top with yogurt mixture and garnishes.
- Keep the remaining pieces of bread in an airtight container and consume within 2 days or freeze for the next time you make keto French toast.
Yogurt mixture - Add coconut yogurt, sweetener and vanilla to a bowl. Use a hand beater or whisk to whip the coconut yogurt for a few minutes until it starts to thicken. Taste the yogurt and add more vanilla or sweetener if desired.
