Instructions
  1. Get your coconut flour bread and slice it into 3 pieces. Then slice these three pieces in half lengthwise to create a total of 6 pieces of bread.
  2. Put butter or ghee in a frypan on medium heat and swirl it to coat the pan.
  3. When the pan has heated, add 2 pieces of bread and cook on each side until golden brown and toasted.
  4. While bread toasts, create yogurt topping.(Find in notes section below).
  5. Assemble Keto French toast by dividing finished breads between two plates and top with yogurt mixture and garnishes.
  6. Keep the remaining pieces of bread in an airtight container and consume within 2 days or freeze for the next time you make keto French toast.
Recipe Notes

Yogurt mixture - Add coconut yogurt, sweetener and vanilla to a bowl. Use a hand beater or whisk to whip the coconut yogurt for a few minutes until it starts to thicken. Taste the yogurt and add more vanilla or sweetener if desired.
