Take a pan and boil spinach by adding 1 cup of water.
Now take another pan and add oil. Turn on the flame. Now add jeera and onion and fry for about 2 minutes. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute more.
Now add all the spices and add half cup water and cook till the oil gets separated.
Now add boiled spinach and cook for about 5 minutes on a medium flame.
