If you are a vegan and are on a keto diet, this delicious keto crispy tofu recipe is a must try. Crispy tofu marinated overnight in a flavorful sauce and baked to the perfect crisp, it is a perfect option as a main or side dish.
Firstly, drain tofu by wrapping the block of tofu in a paper towel. Place it on a plate and press it using a wooden chopping board to squeeze out the water. Place some weight over the chopping board and let the tofu drain further for about 30 minutes.
Place all of the marinade ingredients in a bowl and add the tofu cubes. Mix well and gently until the tofu is evenly coated or marinated.
Cover the tofu and place it in the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavours to settle well.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Spread the tofu on a large baking tray evenly.
Put it in the oven and bake it for about 35 minutes, turning the tofu halfway. Tofu should have become crisp by now.
