Instructions
  1. Place 2 pans over medium heat and place half of the butter in each pan.
  2. Add cauliflower and hemp hearts to one pan and saute for 2-3 minutes. In the other pan, saute mushrooms until cooked, for about 2-3 minutes. Season mushrooms with salt & pepper and set aside.
  3. Now add garlic powder, salt, pepper, heavy cream & almond milk to the cauliflower rice. Stir well on medium low flame and simmer until the mixture is thick.
  4. Turn off the flame and stir in the shredded cheese.
  5. Cheesy Keto grits are ready! Top with sauteed mushrooms and enjoy.
