Instructions
Cut the Cauliflower and season with salt, tandoori masala and 1 tbsp olive oil
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200C.
After baking, heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste in it.
Add coconut milk, coriander and season to taste
Remove cauliflower and add it onto the sauce.
Bake for 10 minutes till cooked.
It’s ready! Serve with chutney and sauce.
