Satisfy your food cravings with these nutritious, tasty, cheesy, low carb and gluten free Cauliflower Tots. Crispy from the outside and soft inside, these Cauliflower Tots are a healthy and delicious treat.
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F. Line a tray with a cookie sheet using parchment paper and spray the sheet with olive oil.
  2. Place shredded cauliflower in a large microwave safe container and add some water. Microwave for 3-5 min.
  3. Now drain the cauliflower and put it in a clean kitchen cloth or towel to dry.
  4. After drying, put it into a bowl and add all the ingredients. Mix them well.
  5. Now shape the mixture with your hands into tots and place them on the cookie sheet.
  6. Spray the tots with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 10min, flip to the other side and bake for another 10-12 min.
  8. Cauliflower tots are ready! Serve with sauce.
