Usually people enjoy them crispy but then porks rinds is used as an ingredient for providing it crispiness & it has negligible carbs too. But we as Indians do not many a times prefer using pork in our food, so we are sharing a recipe which has replaced pork rinds with cheese crisps. You can prepare cheese crisps at home too. So enjoy this yummy & crispy recipe with your family & friends!

Instructions
  1. Square chicken tenders by trimming the ends off chicken tenders.
  2. Cut each chicken tender in 4 square pieces, try & make them thin.
  3. Add crushed cheese crisps, paprika, onion and garlic powders, salt, pepper and almond flour to a bowl.( You can prepare cheese crisps at home, by spreading parmesan/cheddar cheese on parchment paper & heat at 150 degree till it turns light brown or do it on a pan)
  4. Further, in a bowl add the beaten egg and cream and mix them until fully incorporated.
  5. Place chicken strips firstly in the egg bowl & then transfer them into another bowl consisting of dry mixture of almond flour.
