Keto Chicken Fries
Usually people enjoy them crispy but then porks rinds is used as an ingredient for providing it crispiness & it has negligible carbs too. But we as Indians do not many a times prefer using pork in our food, so we are sharing a recipe which has replaced pork rinds with cheese crisps. You can prepare cheese crisps at home too.

Square chicken tenders by trimming the ends off chicken tenders.
Cut each chicken tender in 4 square pieces, try & make them thin.
Add crushed cheese crisps, paprika, onion and garlic powders, salt, pepper and almond flour to a bowl.( You can prepare cheese crisps at home, by spreading parmesan/cheddar cheese on parchment paper & heat at 150 degree till it turns light brown or do it on a pan)
Further, in a bowl add the beaten egg and cream and mix them until fully incorporated.
Place chicken strips firstly in the egg bowl & then transfer them into another bowl consisting of dry mixture of almond flour.
