Keto Chicken Tikka Recipe
Juicy chicken pieces marinated in Indian spices and grilled or pan-fried. A mouth watering and healthy Keto recipe all non-vegetarians will definitely love!
Instructions
Cut chicken into large pieces.
Mix up yogurt, salt, lemon and spices in a bowl.
Marinate chicken pieces for at least 2 hours.
Fry marinated chicken in ghee in a frying pan OR skew them in the oven for 15 minutes at HIGH and grease with butter or ghee half way through.
Heat the kebabs on a charcoal stove for a tandoori flavour.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve hot.
