Keto Egg Masala recipe is a perfect recipe for winters. This low carb egg masala recipe carries enough nutrition and brings warming flavors that will keep your tastebuds satisfied.
In a pan, heat half of the butter and add in 1/2 the spices powder (pinch of cumin seeds, pinch of turmeric, pinch of garam masala powder, pinch of black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder) and fry for 30 to 60 seconds. Then add eggs and mix them well. Cook them for 4-5 minutes on a low heat till the egg starts to get some color.
Now remove the eggs and set them aside. Add the remaining butter and onion. Fry the onions till they turn translucent.
Then add in the ginger-garlic paste, cloves (laung), cardamom, cinnamon and season with salt. Fry and brown the onions.
Add tomatoes, remaining spices and some water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add the salt as required.
Add in the kasuri methi and mix well. Then add the eggs and mix well. Cover and cook them for a minute.
Delicious keto egg masala is ready! Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
