This keto spinach omelette is very healthy and filling. It is rich in iron, calcium and potassium. This recipe doesn’t require much time to prepare, hence is the go to choice.
Take a bowl and whisk eggs, chopped spinach, red chilli flakes, cayenne pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste and cream cheese.
In a non-stick pan, add the ghee or butter and keep it on medium heat. Pour the mixture into a pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Cook until the mixture starts thickening.
Now sprinkle some cheddar cheese on the omelette and cook until cheese melts.
