Instructions
  1. Soak the moong dal for 30min and after that drain it. Add this to a grinder and blend until a smooth paste.
  2. Now, Add eggs to it one by one, and blend to make smooth paste.
  3. To this add salt and pepper according to taste.
  4. In a pan add little oil and let it heat, to it spread this mixture and let it cook
  5. Once it's properly cooked, remove from the pan.
  6. Serve with green chutney.
