Moong Dal Egg Roll is a delicious recipe which people loves so much. Most People love to eat it as snacks. In many occasions, it is served as a starter.
Instructions
Soak the moong dal for 30min and after that drain it. Add this to a grinder and blend until a smooth paste.
Now, Add eggs to it one by one, and blend to make smooth paste.
To this add salt and pepper according to taste.
In a pan add little oil and let it heat, to it spread this mixture and let it cook
Once it's properly cooked, remove from the pan.
Serve with green chutney.
